To cook the spaghetti squash, cut in half "hamburger style" which will create longer strands of "spaghetti". Scoop out seeds and rub insides with oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasonings. Place on a baking sheet cut side up and bake for 30-45 minutes or until squash is tender. Drain any liquid, and using a fork, scoop out "spaghetti" strands. Discard skin and enjoy your "spaghetti"!
